How to Pay:
An invoice will be sent to your email address, once you have completed the online application form. (If you do not receive the email, contact us straightaway). You will find instructions on how to pay on the invoice.
Payment must be made within seven days of receipt of your invoice, otherwise the application might be cancelled to make room for new applicants.

Accompanist: (Stephanie Nichols & Jenny Warren)
The festival will provide a piano accompanist free of charge for each performance.
Instruction on where to post your piano music can be found on your invoice.
If you wish to have a rehearsal before, please contact your allocated accompanist directly.
You will know who your accompanist is when the performance timetable is available.
(NB. You may use your own accompanist if you wish, but at your own cost)
Performance Timetable:
Performers will be notified of their performance time by email after Thursday 9th April.
Performance time will also be available from this website.
Fees:
The cost for each performance piece is $25.
Additional family member discount: $15 per performance piece
Ensembles: an extra $10 per extra member. (ie. a duet is $35, a trio is $45 etc.s)
In addition to gaining good experience in giving a performance, each performer receives a medallion, a certificate and a feedback sheet from the adjudicator.

What to wear:
Neat and presentable dress is recommended, however, the performer should wear what he or she feels good in.
